Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of purepofo. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

purepofo is provided and operated by Dr. Hazem Hamoudia Management Consulting, Munich, Germany. References to “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to that provider.

purepofo provides educational and informational tools to support investment-related research and decision-making. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. All investment decisions remain your sole responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Where registration is required, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, security risks, or a material breach of these Terms.

Available subscription plans, included features, and current prices are described on the website and may be updated from time to time.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. We do not control their separate services and are not responsible for errors caused by those processors.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal research purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not misuse the service, access it unlawfully, scrape or systematically extract data, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, resell content, or use the service in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or applicable law.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

We may store and process data you provide to operate the service, maintain security, and improve platform functionality. We may also use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.

If you separately choose to receive optional insight or newsletter emails, those communications are governed by the preferences and legal bases described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from optional insight emails at any time.

The platform, software, databases, brand elements, methodologies, scoring systems, and related content remain the intellectual property of Dr. Hazem Hamoudia Management Consulting or its licensors.

The service may include third-party software, APIs, data, or other licensed components. Those rights remain with their respective owners.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

purepofo may rely on third-party data and external integrations. We do not guarantee that all data, analysis, or outputs will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

purepofo provides informational content based on general market data, disclosed company information, and analytical models. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer, solicitation, or invitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Outputs such as screeners, starter portfolios, scores, rankings, and research summaries are general in nature, are not tailored to your personal circumstances, objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance, and must not be understood as a suitability assessment or individualized recommendation.

Our Halal screening methodology is designed as a structured support tool. Shariah interpretations may differ across scholars, boards, and jurisdictions, so we cannot guarantee universal agreement with any compliance outcome.

If broker connectivity is made available, it is provided only to help you use the features you expressly request. We do not act as a broker, custodian, or financial intermediary, and any transaction is executed solely by your broker.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, opportunities, or goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
