All rights to the purepofo brand, platform, content, and related intellectual property are likewise exclusively owned by Dr. Hazem Hamoudia Management Consulting.

- 7.2. Broker Connections:
- The Service may allow you to connect your Broker account (e.g., Alpaca) via secure authentication protocols (OAuth2). By doing so, you authorize us to access your account information and, where applicable, transmit trade instructions to your Broker at your explicit direction.
- 8. Prohibited Activities

- You agree not to (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities; (d) attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (e) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract or resell data.
- 9. Termination
- 9.1. By You:
- You may cancel your account at any time in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
- 9.2. By Us:
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or at our discretion. No refunds are provided for early termination, unless required by law.

- 10.1. No Warranty:
- The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- 10.2. No Financial Advice:
- The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, and the Service does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.

- 10.4. Broker Account Connections:
- All transactions are executed solely by your Broker. Dr. Hazem Hamoudia Management Consulting does not act as a broker, custodian, or financial intermediary and is not responsible for the execution, settlement, or performance of such transactions.
- 11. Limitation of Liability
- 11.1. Exclusion:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
- 11.2. Liability Cap:
- Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
